Job 34-37
Job: A Friend of God - Part 15b

This week, pastor Don continues looking at Job's '4th' friend, Elihu. A younger man and one who waited to speak until the other 3 'friends' of Job had finished. The main lesson we learn from what Elihu says is that of how God is just and powerful and that it is often through trials when He speaks. Perhaps that is the one thing, if anything, that Job, up to this point, may have failed to grasp. That God could in fact be speaking through his trials. As much as that might be a bitter pill to swallow, it is one that will enable us, by God's grace, to navigate the trials that will eventually, if not already, impact our lives. This week, we have two sermons to listen to. In the first (15a), Don tackles the bulk of what Elihu says, and in the second (15b), he focuses more on the application, what we can learn from Job's trials.
