Associate Pastor - Senior Youth and Young Adults - Full time
Emmanuel Fellowship Baptist Church is seeking someone who loves the Lord and is passionate about Sr. Youth and Young Adult ministry. The Associate Pastor will provide overall leadership and vision for Emmanuel's Youth Ministry. He will ensure that this ministry functions in conjunction with the vision of the church. He will work closely with the other Pastoral staff in an overall team ministry that seeks to live the mission and vision of Emmanuel. This means that we envision young people coming to a personal faith in Christ, being discipled, trained to serve and lead, and being actively involved in our church and community. The Youth Pastor is ultimately responsible for all youth activities done under the church's name and will maintain this responsibility even when others are delegated to lead in specific areas.
