Rosendo and Anita Serrano -- Rosendo spends two months each year (Jan & Feb) in Panama, where he goes to be an encouragement and support to the church and local church leaders. Most of Rosendo's ministry centers around discipleship and mentoring the believers in Panama. When home in Canada, Rosendo reaches out to stay in contact with the leaders and pastor in Llano.
